This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) describes how Andrei Dzehtsiarou (developer and owner of the CleverBuy application, hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise handles your information when you use the CleverBuy mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”).

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience on and with our Application.

When you use CleverBuy, you may create and store:

• Shopping lists and items
• Shopping list history
• Notes and reminders

All this data is stored locally on your device only. We do NOT collect or transmit this data to external servers.

2.2 Technical Information

When you use the Application, we may automatically receive:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version and crash logs (for error reporting)
• Usage patterns and feature interactions

This information is collected for the purpose of improving the Application and is NOT linked to your personal identity.

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: All your shopping lists, history, and personal data are stored locally on your Android device using the device’s secure storage system. Only you have access to this data on your device.

No Cloud Storage: We do NOT use cloud services to store your personal data.

No Server Transmission: Your shopping lists and personal information are NEVER transmitted to our servers or third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Advertising Networks

The Application may display advertisements from Google AdMob and other advertising networks. These networks may:

• Use cookies or similar tracking technologies
• Collect data about your interaction with advertisements
• Build aggregated profiles about your interests

However, we do NOT share your personal data from the Application with these advertising networks.

4.2 Google Play Services

The Application may use Google Play Services for:

• Delete the App: Delete all your data by uninstalling the Application
• Clear Local Data: Use your device settings to clear the Application’s local storage
• No Account Needed: We don’t require user registration or accounts

The Developer may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Such updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
